-
Voluntary Participation: I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named child, and I consent to their participation in this activity.
-
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in the “Break the Ice – Team Up for Treasure” event involves inherent and unforeseen risks, both known and unknown, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, bruises, cuts, muscle strains, impact from tools or ice fragments, or contact with other participants. I understand that weather conditions (e.g., wet or slippery surfaces due to melting ice) may increase the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise directly or indirectly from me and my child’s participation in this event, whether or not caused by the negligence of the event organizers, equipment failure, environmental conditions, acts of other participants, or otherwise.
