I hereby acknowledge that I have read and will comply with the City of Toronto COVID-19 Guidelines for Drive-In and Drive-Thru Events (https://www.toronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/91d1-COVID-19-Guidance-for-Drive-in-Events.pdf)

All events will follow COVID-19 safety protocols and recommendations from Toronto Public Health:

• The physical distancing of at least 2 metres

• No physical interactions of constituents

• Hand sanitizer and face coverings for all staff and volunteers

• Sanitization of all common areas 

 

Woodside Square Management will post a sign in a conspicuous location visible to the public that states the capacity limits under which the establishment is permitted to operate.*

• patrons will be seated at different tables are separated by a distance of at least two metres, or plexiglass or some other impermeable barrier.

• Our staff will actively screen individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the event.

• Woodside square staff shall:

1. record the name and contact information of every member of the public who attends a meeting or event;

2. maintain the records for a period of at least one month; and

3. provide this information to Toronto Public Health upon request.
